Training is a mix of “on & off the job” training. “off the job” the apprentice will attend one of training partner regional training centres on block release for 6 months to learn the technical side of the industry. This technical training is a mixture of classroom, assignment and workshop learning which is designed to underpin the knowledge required in the BEMS World. This is followed by 2-3 years “on the job” (practical) work based learning which is assessed in the workplace by our assessors.
Yes - you will follow a programme of nationally recognised qualifications that will lead to a full Advanced Apprenticeship which has industry approval.
Different partners may pay different salaries which will be discussed in the interview process.
The first stage is to complete an Attitude Apprenticeship Application Form. You can do this online or via a hard copy that is available by emailing info@trendattitude.co.uk. Applications will be initially assessed based on the information provided on the application form and then, if short listed, you will be invited to a day-long group assessment. This will involve a series of assessments to understand your suitability to be an Attitude Apprentice. The assessment day will also give you an opportunity to find out more about the Apprenticeship programme and ask any questions you may have.

Yes – you will need a minimum of five GCSE’s to include English, Maths and Science at Grade C or above.
Yes – CV's will be considered however, all the information requested in the application form should be included in your CV.
If successful you will be employed by one of the organisations in your region. After the assessment days, details of short listed applicants will be sent to organisations in your area. Organisations will then select the applicants they wish to interview.
